Ed Eakin, Jr. | 2020 Chair of the International Advisory Group at the Houston Association of REALTORS®

Builder and Broker/Owner of Eakin Group, Ed began working in Dallas as homebuilder in 1988. After 20 years of homebuilding in some of Dallas / Ft. Worth’s elite subdivisions, his real estate career started in Playa del Carmen in 2007. Today, Ed and his team are not only marketing and selling homes in Texas, he is using his international real estate experience that started with onsite sales in Playa del Carmen to help clients purchase second homes throughout Mexico, Costa Rica, Honduras, Belize, Ecuador and the Caymans. Ed is currently serving as Chair of the International Advisory Group at the Houston Association of REALTORS®, Director at Metrotex Association of REALTORS®, Director of National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals , Global Ambassador for Central America at the Austin Board of REALTORS®, Ambassador for The Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, Global Committee at Texas REALTORS®, Global Alliances Committee at NAR and CIPS Mentor at NAR.

Theresa Hill | 2021 Chair of the International Advisory Group at the Houston Association of REALTORS®

Theresa is the VP of Sales for Greenwood King Properties Heights. With over 25 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing, she has sold real estate in Greater Houston and surrounding areas; throughout seven Texas cities; coastal properties in Galveston, South Padre Island and Gulf Shores, AL; and internationally in Roatan, Honduras and Huatulco, Mexico.

She serves on both the International and TREPAC HAR Advisory Groups and has earned many professional designations that include Certified International Property Specialist, Resort & Second Home Property Specialist and At Home with Diversity. Theresa currently serves on both the HAR and TR Board of Directors and is 2020 WCR President for the Houston Network. She is also a proud 2012 graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program.

Susan Annoura | 2018 Chair of the International Advisory Group at the Houston Association of REALTORS®

Susan is the Owner/Broker of Annoura Realty Group LLC, a full service real estate and property management company specializing in international client representation.  After graduating from Baylor University, Susan moved to Japan and worked as a radio personality for 9 years, hosting various programs including The Top 40 Countdown. Today, with her team of 8, her firm is the leader in Japanese expat relocation to Houston, international investment, and real estate consulting for Japanese companies. She is a founding board member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America Houston Chapter, 2021 WCR President Elect for the Houston Network, 2021 TR Global Committee Liaison, and is a 10 year committeeman for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo’s International Committee. Susan has been married to Koh for 26 years and they have three boys, Joe (16), Ty (14), and Zach (8).

Susan holds CCIM, CIPS, GRI, C2EX, and TRLP designations. 

 

Pius Dawson | 2019 Chair of the International Advisory Group at the Houston Association of REALTORS®

Pius Dawson is a British/American Citizen, and prior to joining Annoura Realty Group, Pius held various Consulting and Senior Executive positions with such well known firms as Florida Capital, Saks Fifth Avenue, Giorgio’s and Ermenegildo Zegna and Condosmart Realty. German educated with a BA in European Economics with an Import/Export Specialty, Pius is very active in the community belonging to such organizations as Greater Houston Partnership; NW Houston Chamber of Commerce – being awarded Ambassador of the Year in 2010, Diamonds & Ice Gala Chair 2017/18; Member of the World Trade Center; Notary Public for the State of Texas, Houston Association of Realtors 2019 Chairman for the International Advisory Group and Director for Texas Realtors. Pius has been married to his lovely wife Jackie for 24 years and has 3 children and 2 grandchildren from a previous marriage.
