Many Texans were researching manufactured homes during last summer’s real estate buying frenzy.
Point2Homes says the average number of searches for manufactured homes per month ballooned 83%—from 40,500 in May-September 2019 to 74,000 in May to September of 2020. The Lone Star State was one of 23 states where the searches per month average leapt 50% or higher between the two time periods.
Among Texans, Midland-Odessa metro area consumers were most interested in the topic, the site states.

Great article. The headline should use the proper term Manufactured Homes instead of Mobile Homes which is outdated and improper.
