Wheeler Commercial became the first firm to win the William C. Jennings Award as a group. The honor bestowed annually by Texas REALTORS® for outstanding effort in a commercial transaction typically is given to an individual broker, but the 2018 winners took it home for how they turned a failing Beaumont apartment complex into a sale that met their client’s demands.

“It was a team effort,” said Lee Wheeler of Wheeler Commercial.
