There is huge difference between an Emotional Support Animal and a Service Animal. There can be no confusion for land owners to differentiate between esa and service dogs as both comes under the category of fare housing laws.no pet accommodation policy is made by land owners for their own sake and they can not refuse to some one who is presenting a doctor recommendation for esa
Landlords need some relief on these issues. There needs to be some limitation on the kinds of animals that we have to allow for emotional support. Dogs and cats fine…horses, pigs, and such???
